The primary point of contact between Amazon and our business partners is the Seller Support Associate.

 The Seller Support Associate is accountable for delivering timely and correct information.



A solid track record of putting the needs of customers first is a must for the position since the chosen applicant will have an immediate,

 noticeable impact on how Amazon consumers perceive the company. 

In addition to adhering to service level agreements for phone, chat, and email cases, a Seller Support Associate is required to handle persistent system issues, 

offer process changes, create internal documentation, and contribute to a team atmosphere.

This opening is for a Seller Support Virtual Contact Center. 

Associates with this job profile would work from home.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or above, fully completed German language proficiency (B2) certification is required.

 Ability to work shifts is necessary. Prior customer service experience is ideal. 

a desire to broaden one's skill set. Technical (computer and internet) know-how is necessary. 

business savvy in the retail and e-commerce sectors.

 Consumer e-commerce experience is a condition that must be met (payments, browsing, shipping, returns, etc.) 

Committed seller advocates who push for tool and process improvements. 

Enthusiasm and strong internal drive. Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities, as well as a high level of adaptability.

Microsoft Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox are among the desired skill sets.
