Summary of the position
The Controllership Team in Hyderabad is seeking specialists who will work on projects involving a variety of transportation services as well as other operational problems and initiatives involving the process and optimization of transportation.
Amazon's cost reductions will be directly impacted by employee solutions! With an emphasis on cost savings and process simplification, this position needs the employee to continuously dig deep and seek for possibilities to enhance manifest and invoice quality.
The success of an employee will be determined by his or her capacity to learn rapidly and to handle several overlapping jobs.
Because cooperation across several Development, Operations, and IT Support departments is frequently required for High Impact Invoice Issues, the individual gets to have a variety of impacts with different organizations.
The ideal applicant must have excellent organizational abilities, be able to manage numerous projects at once, be detail-oriented, possess high ownership and deep dive skills, be able to work autonomously, and retain professionalism under pressure.
The individual must be proactive, able to spot issues before they become serious, and able to put solutions in place that can identify and stop outages.
The individual must be able to effectively priorities activities and projects, meet deadlines while still delivering quality work, make informed decisions, and work to enhance the client experience.
Since handling sensitive information is frequently part of the work, the employee needs to have a high "Earn Trust" score.
Essential job duties
Troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving invoice quality issues, data deep dive, daily auditing,
preparing callouts/reports/Month End summary reports, supporting Stakeholders (internal & external) with Ad hoc Data requests,
meeting deadlines, developing monitoring solutions, pattern recognition, enabling automation, running SQL queries, updating, tracking, and resolving technical issues are just a few of the primary responsibilities.
Working with the programmer management team, managing stakeholders effectively, handling private information,
upgrading and improving our current tools, automating support operations, and documenting our systems are additional responsibilities.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in engineering,
finance, or economics.
excellent verbal and written communication skills; shown teamwork abilities.
proficiency with MS Office, SQL, Excel, and Tableau; and analytical ability.
