Job Description:

For its Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Support Operations centre in Hyderabad, Amazon is looking for highly driven Machine Learning Data colleagues.

 FBA is an expanding company based on Amazon's superior ordering, fulfilment, transportation, and customer service capabilities.

In FBA, the goal of Support Operations is to assist Sellers with any financial-related inquiries and make sure they are handled in line with policy. We think that consistency is the cornerstone of the first-rate service we offer our Sellers, and Support Operations is responsible for ensuring that Seller enquiries are evaluated consistently and fairly.

Important job duties include

Assist with deep dive and root cause resolution for FBA Merchant and seller refund requests.

In a contact centre setting (email/ticketing only, no phones), evaluate research and refund claims from FBA Sellers for missing and damaged merchandise.

meeting weekly quality and productivity goals.


Preferred qualifications:

Having production-related experience and a track record of exceeding productivity and quality goals

prior knowledge of a contact centre setting.

Problem-solving expertise, particularly the capacity to spot subtle patterns

knowledge of setting priorities for various projects with conflicting priorities and the capacity to achieve deadlines.

ability to uphold strict standards for data security and confidentiality.

a keen eye for detail and the capacity to function autonomously in a fast-moving workplace.

a tendency toward action and the capacity to handle uncertainty. can function well and promote change in circumstances with little boundaries.

talents in both writing and spoken communication.

knowledge of risk or fraud investigations.

Hours: Monday through Friday There are five days in a workweek (morning shift).

Two consecutive days off each week (Saturday and Sunday)
