Job Description
- For its 4000+ workers in India, the CMT L&D team is looking for a Program Manager to oversee and create scalable, cutting-edge learning solutions.
- The duties encompass, but are not limited to: developing short- and long-term learning strategies; increasing awareness of L&D programme offerings; communicating programme improvements and updates; conducting needs analyses; working with stakeholders and business leaders; and developing or modifying programmes that have an impact on our business in collaboration with instructional designers and subject matter experts.
- The Learning Program Manager will continuously delve deeply to understand the learning needs, use data and insights into the business to identify learning methods, materials, or technology that will enhance the learning experience, and build strong working relationships with leaders and key stakeholder groups both face-to-face (or virtually) and across geographies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with instructional designers to do a requirements analysis that pinpoints the essential skills, knowledge, and attitudes that our leaders must acquire using data, anecdotes, and stakeholder feedback.
- Manage all aspects of a learning programme from beginning to end, including the management of content, implementation, communication, analytics, and reporting.
- Measure and assess learning solutions continuously; collaborate with instructional designers to make necessary revisions to content and delivery methods in response to particular feedback.
- Actively promote change and ongoing learning; investigate novel learning strategies that assist leaders in quickly expanding their knowledge and skill sets in the service of organisational objectives or results.
- Create connections and work together with cross-functional business partners at all levels to implement scalable training programmes for manager and leadership development.
- Measure the success and impact of initiatives through gathering, analysing, and sharing metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in a training position, including identifying learning needs, creating and refining solutions, and measuring the success of training initiatives
- Analytical thinking is required to convert data into insightful reports and visualisations.
- Excellent communication skills are required (written and verbal)
- Understanding of coaching and people development frameworks
- Budgeting and project management expertise Expertise with Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
