Job Description:

  • The Digi-Flex initiative seeks to provide the best possible digital content experience for users worldwide, in a variety of languages.
  • We think that providing clients with high-quality products and services would help us gain their trust and loyalty.
  • The main duty of this position is to carry out tasks linked to inspecting digital content while working under general supervision.
  • The candidate must be able to swiftly grasp the tools and workflow operations.
  • The candidate must constantly adjust to new programme features, learn them, and sharpen their editing and content-fixing skills. To find and correct content errors, the candidate must adhere to the editing SOP.
  • The associate must be familiar with operational KPIs including delivery/latency SLA, defect percentage , and productivity (number of titles handled per hour).
  •  The associate will be evaluated on how well he complies with these metrics, the SLA criteria, the QA standards, and the team and individual goals.
  • The candidate should be a team player who can improve the editing and quality assurance processes for his direct report
  • The associate will frequently need to get in touch with worldwide stakeholders to share status updates, transmit pertinent information, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • It's an individual contributor position.
